We only take Saturday to Saturday reservations a year in advance with an $85 non-refundable deposit. With approximately half your balance due by February 1, and the remaining due at check-in. Then when we close, in October, we sell the remaining openings without the Saturday to Saturday stay requirement. However, there is a two night minimum stay, and Friday/Saturday night stays require three nights minimum.
